Daniel Harrington rushed for 121 yards and two touchdowns and threw three touchdown passes to lead Hilton Head Christian Academy to a 51-12 win over rival Hilton Head Prep on Friday.
Harrington threw a pair of touchdown passes to Brennen Studenc and another to J.P. Peduzzi, and Ben Viljac added 54 yards and a TD on the ground for the Eagles. Reese Woods set a school record with his sixth interception of the season for HHCA, which led 37-0 at halftime.
Hunter Hopman rushed for 88 yards and a touchdown, and Davis Puckey threw a 5-yard touchdown pass to Carson King for Hilton Head Prep (1-9, 0-5).
HHCA (5-4, 3-1) will travel to Robert E. Lee Academy for the first round of the SCISA Class 2A playoffs next week.
