The Battery Creek High School volleyball team swept Colleton County on Tuesday, winning 3-0 (25-21, 25-14, 25-18).
McKenzie Young recorded 29 assists, three kills, and four aces setting for a balanced attack, as Laiani McCullough and Ta’Quasha Lampkin collected 11 kills apiece and Mia DeBardelaben added nine kills.
Lampkin had four blocks, and Susan Roberts had a team-high five digs for the Dolphins.
Battery Creek wraps up the regular season with a home match against Allendale-Fairfax on Thursday. The Dolphins clinched the Region 8-3A title last week and will host a first-round playoff match Oct. 18.
