After a successful stint as USCB’s interim women’s golf coach, Brittany Dabule has been named to the position permanently, the school announced Monday.
Dabule took over the Sand Sharks’ women’s golf program on an interim basis in January and led USCB to a program-best third-place finish at the NAIA Women’s Golf National Championships last month in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.
Dabule was a standout at Hilton Head Island High School before playing collegiately at Winthrop University and spending one year playing professionally on the Cactus Tour. Dabule was an All-Big South player at Winthrop, where she earned an undergraduate degree in sports management. She also coached the Seahawk girls’ golf team in 2011.
