Ridgeland-Hardeeville boys basketball put together a fourth-quarter rally but came up short in a season-ending 51-47 home loss to Burke on Friday.
The Bulldogs opened up a 10-point lead after the first quarter and kept the margin hovering around double digits until the Jaguars made a surge in the fourth quarter, falling just short of breaking through for their first region win.
Eric Cuylear scored eight of his 18 points in the fourth quarter to lead the Jaguars, while Aaron Grant and Kylan Riddles added six points each.
