HSBBB: Balanced Dolphins beat up on Blazers

Hilton Head Prep boys basketball continued its dominant run through the SCISA Region 4 schedule with an 82-44 victory at Bethesda Academy on Friday. 

A quartet of Dolphins scored in double figures, and JJ Hayes and Sean Cusano put up double-doubles as HHP rolled to its 10th straight win.

HHP led by nine after one quarter before stretching the margin to 41-21 at halftime and coasting after the break. 

Hayes racked up 18 points, 11 rebounds, and eight assists in an outstanding effort, while Kane Eanes matched his 18 points and snagged three steals. Cusano continued his outstanding play with 17 points, 15 rebounds, four blocks, and three assists, and Ryan Mikell chipped in 11 points and two steals.

Ashton Wright led the Blazers with 13 points, as the Dolphins limited Bethesda star Josh Quarterman to eight. 

HHP (14-2, 6-0) hosts Savannah Country Day for a non-region matchup Wednesday.
