In a region game that they needed on the road, the Colleton Prep War Hawks got the job done in dominant fashion.
Quarterback Drew Murdaugh put together a standout performance, and the defense was lights-out in a 38-0 shutout win Friday at Bethesda Academy.

The Blazers had no answer for Murdaugh’s quick legs, as the senior picked up a pair of touchdowns to lead Colleton Prep’s offense. Reliable back Cole Davis added two scores as the War Hawk ground game thrived all night long.
Gus Warren and Noah Catterton came through on the defensive side to help Colleton Prep complete the shutout and nab its first region victory.
The War Hawks (2-4, 1-1) will look to keep the momentum going into a tough home matchup Friday against Thomas Heyward.
