Hilton Head Prep’s defense is for real.
The Dolphins pitched their second straight shutout Friday, blanking St. Andrew’s 14-0 on the road to improve to 3-0 for the first time since the 2007 state championship season.

Loncelle Daley got back on track with 111 yards and a touchdown on 22 carries, and Jake Rodney-Brown added 52 yards and a TD on 11 carries as HHP jumped out to a 14-0 halftime lead.
The defense took care of the rest, shutting down the Lions for a second consecutive shutout. Gunnar Askeland led the way with six tackles, while Sean Graham and Rodney-Brown added five each.
HHP quarterback Tristan Bonomo had another solid game, going 7-of-10 for 89 yards.
The Dolphins (3-0) host Thomas Heyward on Friday.
