Bluffton National rallied for seven runs in the fourth inning to claim a 9-6 victory over Hilton Head in the winner’s bracket of the Dixie Youth Baseball Minors (9-10) district tournament Friday night, setting up a matchup of unbeaten Bluffton teams on Saturday.
Colleton County stayed alive with a 12-6 win over Beaufort and will take on Hilton Head in another elimination game Saturday.

Bluffton National had a tough time getting the bats going against Hilton Head left-hander Colt Spargur, who struck out seven and took a 5-2 lead into the fourth before running out of pitches amid the host team’s seven-run outburst. Bluffton’s Declan Mitchell matched Spargur early on, striking out six over 2 2/3 innings before he running up against his own pitch count.
Hilton Head rallied for three runs in the fourth to break open a tied game, but Ornaldas Siaulys worked out of a jam and Bluffton National responded with a big inning before Siaulys limited Hilton Head to one run in the fifth to seal the win.
Russell Spencer led Bluffton National at the plate, going 3-for-3 with a double and an RBI, and Siaulys was 2-for-2 with two RBIs. Aaron James Jackson and Joseph Poulin each added a hit and two RBIs.
Joseph Ramirez, Windham Walters, and Lewis Wolf each had a hit and an RBI for Hilton Head.

Colleton County broke out at the plate in its elimination game against Beaufort, smacking 13 hits in a 12-6 victory to stay alive. Colleton scored four times in the third to break open a tied game and tacked on three more in the fourth and fifth to finish it off.
Jaxson Jones was 2-for-3 with a pair of triples and four RBIs to lead the charge for Colleton, while Kaiden Kinard went 2-for-2 with two doubles and three RBIs, Channing Terry was 2-for-2 with an RBI, and Gage Wright added a pair of hits and scored twice. Jaxson Langdale went 4 2/3 innings with three strikeouts to earn the win, and Jones recorded the final out.
Marion Simmons and Vinny Di’Taranto were 2-for-2 with two RBIs and Hayes Tanner added two hits for Beaufort.
Colleton County and Hilton Head will square off in an elimination game at 1 p.m. Saturday followed by Bluffton National vs. Bluffton American in a matchup of undefeated teams at 3 p.m.
