Beaufort Academy’s girls completed the season sweep of Colleton Prep with a 78-42 road win Saturday, their second blowout of the War Hawks in two nights.
Tahleea Heyward led the Eagles with 21 points — one of six Eagles who posted career-highs in the scoring column — and Mike’Ala Washington followed up her record-breaking game the night before with 19.
Chase Vaigneur and Shanese Bostick each put up 11 points for the Eagles. Heyward, Vaigneur, and Bostick each set career-highs for scoring along with Kamirah Freeman (6), Olivia Dinkins (4), and Kate Luckey (4).
BA jumped on the War Hawks again in the first half, going up 20-8 at the end of the first frame, and then 36-16 at halftime.
Rianna Bailey and Taylor Tomedolskey each scored 15 for the War Hawks, but it was not enough to stop the prolific attack of Heyward and Co.
Beaufort Academy (12-7, 7-2) travels to John Paul II (6-9, 3-4) on Tuesday.
