John Paul II’s Ray Johnson struck out 12 in a five-inning no-hitter and drove in the winning run in a 10-0 win over visiting Memorial Day on Monday.
Johnson was dominant on the mound and went 3-for-4 at the plate. Christian Tilton had a big triple to break open the game, and Tyler Davis went 3-for-5 for the Golden Warriors.
