John Paul II closed out its season with a 44-14 loss to Colleton Prep on Friday.
Jeremiah Young rushed 13 times for 106 yards and a touchdown and was 7-of-16 passing for 71 yards and a score for the Golden Warriors. Reco Anderson added 48 yards on 15 carries, and Mark Knight had four catches for 51 yards and a TD.
Malone Kinard-Huisinger had 12 tackles and Preston Hamilton added six tackles, a sack, and an interception for JPII (0-9), which started only two seniors in the finale.
