Thomas Heyward is getting a strength of schedule upgrade Friday night.
The undefeated Rebels were informed earlier this week that Charleston Collegiate has elected to forfeit the teams’ scheduled meeting on Friday, and THA has instead picked up a game against unbeaten Trinity-Brynes. The game time is to be determined.
It’s a matchup of the top-ranked team in SCISA 1A and the No. 2 team in SCISA 2A, and both have been dominant thus far. The Rebels have outscored their first five opponents by an average of 44-12, while the Titans are averaging 51.4 points and allowing just 15 per game.
