Led by co-medalist Max Kase, Beaufort High edged May River by one shot to win a four-team match at Eagles Pointe Golf Club on Tuesday.
Kase and Bluffton’s Ricky Weathers each carded rounds of 1-over-par 37 over nine holes to share medalist honors. Riley Kase and Jack Lubkin shot 40, and George Cooler carded a 45 to give the Eagles a team total of 163, good for a one-shot margin over the Sharks, who were led by Andrew Swanson’s 38.
