Bluffton put up 10 runs in the first three innings and rolled to a 17-6 win over Hilton Head High in Region 7-4A softball action Wednesday.
Sydnee Poliquin went 3-for-4 with five RBIs, and Chandler Nix was 2-for-4 with an RBI double and an RBI triple to lead the Bobcats. Parker Ray struck out five over five innings to earn the win and went 3-for-3 at the plate.
The Seahawks were lead by Reagan Marchant, who was 2-for-3 with a two-run homer, and Alex Fisher, who was 2-for-4.
The Bobcats host the finale of the series at 6 p.m. Friday.
