Hilton Head Christian Academy couldn’t overcome seven errors in a 14-3 loss to visiting Delaware Christian on Thursday.
The Eagles surrendered 10 unearned runs, spoiling a start from Daniel Harrington, who gave up eight runs — all unearned — on five hits over 3 1/3 innings with four strikeouts.
Harrington had an RBI single, and Jake Richardson and Max Lowrey also added hits for HHCA.
The Eagles (3-8) travel to John Paul II for a region matchup at 2 p.m. Saturday.
