John Paul II’s boys picked up a solid non-region road win Friday, defeating host Wilson Hall 5-2.
Gabe Orta-Carrillo and Luke Burton scored first-half goals to give the Golden Warriors a 2-0 halftime lead, while Sebastian Laverde, Mark Martel, and Ben Quinty added goals after the break. Laverde, Martel, Derek Medina, and Nic Richardson each had assists for JPII.
JPII (4-4-1) hosts Ridgeland-Hardeeville on Monday.
