Hilton Head Prep’s boys ran their winning streak to 13 games with a hard-fought 43-34 win over visiting Bethesda Academy on Tuesday.
The Blazers were within 30-28 after three quarters before the Dolphins locked down on defense and held Bethesda to six points in the fourth quarter.
Avern Montaque recorded his sixth double-double in seven games with 20 points and 14 rebounds to lead HHP, while Haddith Stewart and Tyrone Calloway added nine points apiece.
HHP (14-2, 5-0) continues region play with a home game against Thomas Heyward on Friday.
