Hilton Head Prep’s boys put together their most impressive performance thus far with an 82-43 rout of visiting The King’s Academy on Friday.
TKA came in with a 5-1 record and wins over SCISA 3A teams Wilson Hall and Laurence Manning, but the Lions had no answer for Prep’s balanced attack.
Avern Montaque scored 20 points in his second game back from an ankle injury to lead the Dolphins. Haddith Stewart scored 12 points, and Tyrone Calloway and Stone McDonald added 11 apiece.
HHP (4-2) hosts Memorial Day on Tuesday.
