John Paul II’s boys rallied from a six-point deficit in the second half for a 58-49 win over visiting Palmetto Christian Academy on Monday.
Rashad Battiste led the Golden Warriors with 22 points and five rebounds. Zach Doe had 12 points and six boards, and Melik Frost collected seven points, six assists, and three steals for JPII.
Greg Sylvester scored 22 points to lead Palmetto Christian.
JPII (2-3) hosts Andrew Jackson Academy on Wednesday.
