The Beaufort Hustle ninth-grade boys went 4-0 to win the USBA S.C. State Championship over the weekend in Florence.
The Hustle went 2-0 in pool play before routing the Beach City Ballers 67-40 in the semifinals and beat Rising Hawks 65-45 in the championship game.
Amere Cherry averaged 16 points, Sam Summa averaged 15 points, Jaylen Reeves dished out 12 assists per contest, and Elijah Fess chipped in 10 points a game.
