HS Tennis: Sharks Show Depth In Win Over St. Andrew’s

May River’s boys used the quality depth at the bottom of their lineup to clinch a 4-2 win over St. Andrew’s on Tuesday.

The Lions took two of the top three singles courts, but the Sharks claimed dominant wins at Nos. 4 and 5 singles and No. 2 doubles to take the match.

The Sharks (5-5) host Beaufort Academy at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday.

No. 1: Jack Wylly (SA) def. Liam Beckler 6-0, 6-0

No. 2: Caldwell Tarleton (MR) def. Sam Cooper 6-3, 6-1

No. 3: Samuel Rolland-Mill (SA) def. Dominic Rodriguez 6-3, 6-4

No. 4: JP White (MR) def. Cage Lee 6-2, 6-0

No. 5: Eden Mastriani-Levi (MR) def. Dylan Devey 6-0, 6-0

Doubles

No. 2: Kyle Polites/Hani’el Mastriani-Levi (MR) def. Ben Hurford/Andrew Longwater 6-0, 6-0
