Beaufort Academy’s boys’ soccer team opened its season with a 3-1 win over Hilton Head Prep on Thursday.
Thomas Holladay, Edward McCormick, and Jaxon Spratling each scored goals for the Eagles, while David Mathai made two saves.
Ben Eisinger scored Prep’s lone goal, and Jack Braun made eight saves.
BA (1-0) travels to St. Andrew’s on Thursday. HHP (0-2) travels to John Paul II on March 13.
