Hilton Head Prep’s boys had their 14-game win streak snapped with a 45-42 loss at Memorial Day in a non-region matchup Monday.
The Dolphins rallied from a 27-21 halftime deficit to take a lead in the fourth quarter, but they couldn’t hold on for the road victory.
Stone McDonald collected 12 points and 10 rebounds to lead the Dolphins, while Haddith Stewart added 10 points and seven boards, and Avern Montaque had nine points and seven rebounds.
HHP (22-2, 13-0) hosts Colleton Prep on Tuesday in the regular-season finale.
