HSBB: HHP Boys Keep Rolling With Big Win Over JPII

Hilton Head Prep’s boys remained perfect in region play with an impressive 76-55 home win over John Paul II on Friday.

The Dolphins led by 17 at halftime and had the lead as large as 35 in the second half. Tyrone Calloway scored a season-high 30 points thanks to a 17-for-21 performance from the foul line to lead Prep. Avern Montaque collected 15 points and 20 rebounds, and Haddith Stewart scored 20 points, grabbed six boards, and played strong defense for the Dolphins.

HHP (19-1, 10-0) hosts Thomas Heyward on Monday, while JPII (11-11, 7-3) plays at Hilton Head Christian on Tuesday.
