USCB sophomore Newport Laparojkit won the individual title and led the Sand Sharks to a third-place finish at the Thomas University Fall Invitational, which wrapped up Tuesday at Kinderlou Forest Golf Club in Valdosta, Ga.
Laparojkit shot 11-under-par 133 over 36 holes to claim a four-shot win over a trio of players who tied for second.
The Sand Sharks finished with a team total of 5-under 571, seven shots behind Coastal Georgia and Dalton State.
Next up for the Sand Sharks is the USCB Innisbrook Invitational from Oct. 2-3 at Innisbrook Resort in Palm Harbor, Fla.
