The John Paul II volleyball team remained perfect at home with a sweep of rival Thomas Heyward on Tuesday.
The Golden Warriors won 3-0 (25-13, 25-16, 25-17) to improve to 6-0 at home and 9-3 overall.
Abigail Barker had a team-high seven kills to go with nine digs for John Paul II, and Marissa Majorkiewicz added six kills, 10 digs, and three aces. Mary Foster Gaillard collected a team-high 11 digs and five aces, and Darby O’Donnell had 17 assists and eight digs.
Both teams play again Thursday, as John Paul II hosts Hilton Head Christian and Thomas Heyward plays at Beaufort Academy.
