The Beaufort Academy girls tennis team won five of six singles matches to claim a 5-4 win over John Paul II on Tuesday.
Three singles matches went to three sets with BA winning two of those contests.
The Eagles play at May River on Thursday, while the Golden Warriors play at Colleton Prep on Thursday.
