Hilton Head Prep’s girls tennis team defeated John Paul II 7-2 in a SCISA Region 4-2A match on Thursday at South Beach Racquet Club.
The Dolphins claimed victories at each of the top five singles slots as well as Nos. 1 and 3 doubles. Samantha Reilly contributed to both wins for the Golden Warriors, winning a three-set match at No. 6 singles and pairing with Alexa Eaddy to win a close match at No. 2 doubles.
Hilton Head Prep (3-1, 3-0 region) plays at Beaufort Academy at 4 p.m. Monday, while JP2 (0-4, 0-1) hosts Beaufort Academy at 4 p.m. Tuesday at Berkeley Hall.
