Hilton Head Island’s Andrew Orischak finished fourth at the Carolinas Golf Association’s 103rd Carolinas Amateur Championship, which wrapped up Sunday at the Golf Club at Briar’s Creek on Johns Island.
Orischak, a rising sophomore at the University of Virginia, posted rounds of 72, 68, 71, and 69 on the par-72 course to finish at 8-under-par. Summerville’s RJ Keur shot 19-under to win by seven shots over Duncan’s Connor Bruns.
