Hilton Head Christian Academy quarterback Hayden Shinn was one of three players recognized as Players of the Week by SCISA on Tuesday.
Shinn had a huge game in the Eagles’ 43-22 win at Dorchester Academy on Friday, going 17-of-27 passing for 396 yards with five touchdowns and an interception and adding a team-high 53 rushing yards and a touchdown on the ground.
Shinn was recognized alongside Hammond School’s Jackson Muschamp and Andre Wilson in SCISA’s weekly athletics newsletter.
The Eagles (4-1) open region play at home against Northwood Academy on Friday.
