Hilton Head High’s boys lost 5-1 to Pennsylvania powerhouse Cathedral Prep on Wednesday.
Cathedral Prep’s Joe DeMarco defeated Matt Oliver in three sets at No. 1 singles in the most competitive singles match, while the Seahawks claimed their only point at No. 2 doubles, where Mario Magnan and Nate Anderson won a three-setter.
The Seahawks (11-2) are off until April 16, when they travel to Colleton County for their final Region 8-4A match at 4:30 p.m.
