Beaufort High baseball stepped out of region play to claim a 10-1 win over visiting Woodland on Thursday.
Paul Winland struck out six in a one-hitter to earn the win, and Drew Luckey hit a three-run homer to power the offense.
Jacob Anderson and Wade Olivarri each went 2-for-3 with a double, Will Ploss was 2-for-3, and Jeffrey Smyth was 2-for-4.
The Eagles (6-2, 4-1) return to Region 8-4A play with a trip to Stall at 7 p.m. Friday.
