SUMMER STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

What: Whether you are a professional athlete or aspiring young player you can use the same cutting edge methodology to achieve your performance goals. We have trained NBA All-Stars, NCAA All-Americans, and former top-ranked players, as well as consulted in China, India, Japan, and Europe. Sessions are led by Coach DeMaria CSCS, ACSM, who is the current Director of Sports Performance at Smith Stearns Tennis Academy and a USA Men’s National Team Coach. Sessions will focus on the development of speed, agility, quickness, strength, flexibility, explosiveness, and power.
When: June 3-July 26 (six weekly sessions), 8-10 a.m.
Where: Hilton Head Prep Field House, Sea Pines, 8 Fox Grape Road, HHI
Who: Coed, ages 12-18
Cost: $110 per week

BEAUFORT ACADEMY BASKETBALL CAMP

What: Lower, Middle, & Upper School Co-Ed Basketball Camp with head coach Nate Livesay. The purpose of this camp is to teach and develop fundamental offensive and defensive basketball skills, sportsmanship, team play and leadership. The campers will participate daily in agility and conditioning drills, stations to develop fundamentals, free throw contests, 3 on 3 games and 5 on 5 games. Water/Gatorade will be provided at all times. The final day is reserved for a 3 on 3 tournament, a Free Throw Championship, and a 5 on 5 Tournament. 
When: SESSION 1 – June 10-13, 2019; SESSION 2 – July 8-11, 2019 
Where: Beaufort Academy Gym
Who: Boys & girls rising 4th through 9th graders. 
Time: 9 a.m.-noon

GPS COASTAL ACADEMY TOTAL PLAYER DEVELOPMENT & INDOOR FUTSAL CAMP

What: The Total Player Development Camp is designed with a holistic approach to teach the players about every positional aspect of the game, from goalkeeper through to the striker. The aim of the camp is to provide players with an overview of what is required from each position. By the end of the camp, each player should have a complete understanding of the different roles and responsibilities of each position. This is a challenging camp for players but one we feel will have a beneficial impact on their development, vision, and understanding of the game.
When: July 8-11, 2019, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Who: Boys and girls ages 6-17

TORMENTA FC YOUTH SOCCER CAMP BLUFFTON

What: Half-day soccer camp that offers a fun week of games and skill work. Coaches for our camps are all professional staff with the experience to coach all ages and to create a positive learning environment.
When: July 8-12, 2019, 9 a.m.-noon
Where: Cross Schools, Bluffton
Who: Boys and girls grades K-6

BEAUFORT ACADEMY SOCCER CAMP

What: Middle & Upper School Co-Ed Soccer Camp with head coach Bruce Marroquin. Beaufort Academy Soccer Camp will include a quick introduction to the fundamentals of soccer in practice and lecture. Campers will also be exploring different positions from full back, center back, midfield, and winger to striker. Camp Activities will include: Footwork; speed agility, quickness, dribbling, and fakes; first touch and receiving; short/ long passes; heading techniques (safety first); various shooting techniques; conditioning and building endurance; scrimmaging.
When: SESSION 1 – July 8-12, 2019 – Co-ed Girls & Boys Ages 8-10; SESSION 2 -July 15-19, 2019 – Co-ed Girls & Boys Ages 11-15
Where: Beaufort Academy Soccer Field
Who: Any child ages 8-15 years old
Times: Noon-1:15 p.m.

BEAUFORT ACADEMY VOLLEYBALL CAMP

What: Middle & Upper School Girls Volleyball Camp with head coach Carol Meegan. Session 1 (ages 14-18) camp is aimed toward more advanced skills and game time situations. Players will work on specialized skill sets based on their positions as well as developing their overall skill level. Last hour of each day will involve placement onto teams for scrimmages. Friday will be a mini tournament between teams to crown the camp champs. Session 2 (ages 11-13) camp works on the basic volleyball skills and rules to include serving, passing, setting, hitting, blocking and court movement. This will be done through a variety of fun and challenging drills and games. The last hour of each day will place the kids into teams with scrimmages. The last day of camp will consist of games and skill challenges for created teams to help crown the camp champs.
When: July 15-18, 2019
Where: Beaufort Academy Gym
Who: Girls ages 11-18 who will be in high school or below for the 2019-20 school year
Times: SESSION 1: Ages 14-18, 10 a.m. to noon (VARSITY); SESSION 2: Ages 11-13, 1-2:30 p.m. (JV)
Cost: SESSION 1 – $50 per camper (includes camp tuition, & t-shirt); SESSION 2 – $40 per camper (includes camp tuition, & t-shirt)

BASKETBALL CAMP

What: Coach Bob Sulek has coached at three colleges and several high schools, including HHP where his teams won seven state championships in 13 years. Coach John Sterling played for Dr. Sulek at his New Jersey high school, was the captain of his high school and college teams, and has over 600 wins as a high school coach. Camp emphasis is on doing things properly, intensity, and hard work and best effort all the time.
When: July 15-18, 2019, 9:30 a.m.-Noon (Monday-Thursday) Drill Work; 6- 8 p.m. (Monday-Wednesday) Games

Who: Rising 8-12 graders (coed)

What: Lower School Co-Ed Volleyball Camp with Head Coach Carol Meegan. This camp is for beginner volleyball players. Campers will learn game basics, rules, and positions.

Who: Any student ages 6-10 years old that will be in lower school for the 2019-20 school year

BEAUFORT ACADEMY TENNIS CAMP

What: Lower, Middle, & Upper School Co-Ed Tennis Camp with head coach Larry Scheper. Campers will be instructed by legendary coach, Larry Scheper. Tennis campers will be instructed on proper fundamentals and techniques to include; backhands, forehands, serves, and volleys. Campers will also have match play simulations and cardio training. All campers must bring tennis shoes, water, athletic gear, rackets, and a towel. 
When: July 22-26, 2019

Who: Girls & Boys rising 1st through 12th grade students.
Times: SESSION 1 – Co-ed Beginners, 9-11 a.m.; SESSION 2 – Co-ed Advanced, 1-3 p.m.

LOW COUNTRY VOLLEYBALL CLUB HIGH SCHOOL TRAINING TRYOUT CAMP

What: Led by King University coaches, this camp offers 21 hours of intense volleyball training to prepare for tryouts and the fall season.
When: July 29-31, 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. 
Where: Bluffton High School
Who: Rising 9th-12th graders who have at least one year of club or school playing experience
