Colleton County boys basketball rolled to a 67-39 home win over the Lowcountry Wildcats homeschool program to open the season Monday.
Mykeem Gant poured in 17 points, Brian Hamilton added 14, and Deshawn Blocker had nine to lead the Cougars, who had 10 different players find the scoring column.
The Cougars raced out to a 14-5 lead after the first quarter and doubled up the Wildcats 32-16 in the first half.
Colleton County (1-0) hosts Woodland on Friday.
