May River volleyball closed out the regular season with a hard-fought win at Bluffton on Tuesday.
The Sharks held off a feisty Bobcat team for a 3-1 (26-24, 25-21, 24-26, 25-18) victory to sweep the season series.
Addison Black had 20 kills and three aces to lead the way for May River, while Lillian Long added 12 kills, and Lexi Birtcher had 22 digs and four aces.
Bluffton wraps up the regular season with a region match at Hilton Head High on Thursday. The Sharks will open the Class 3A playoffs at home Oct. 23.
