Bluffton’s boys couldn’t recover from a sluggish first half in a 67-51 home loss to region rival Colleton County on Friday.
Ramell Rivers led Bluffton with 19 points, and Lee Kirkland added 10 points and 10 rebounds.
The Bobcats trailed 42-22 at halftime and pulled within 13 after three quarters but couldn’t close the gap any farther.
Bluffton (12-5, 1-1) travels to Beaufort High on Friday.
