Hilton Head Prep’s boys tipped off their home schedule with a dominant display Tuesday, rolling past The Habersham School 78-55.
Kane Eanes provided the spark in the opening period, exploding for a whopping 18 points to put the Dolphins out in front 33-9. Sean Cusano led the way in the second quarter to build the lead to 30 points before HHP cruised to the finish line.
Eanes was magnificent in the home opener, leading the Dolphins with 22 points, two assists, and three steals. Cusano scored 17 points on 7-of-10 shooting with six rebounds and three assists, Jason Britschge added eight points alongside seven boards, and Andrew Helms delivered an excellent defensive effort with four steals.
Hilton Head Prep (3-0) travels to Pinewood Prep on Friday.
