Hilton Head Prep girls tennis claimed a 6-2 win over visiting Bluffton on Monday, but the Bobcats put up quite a fight.
Four of the eight contested matches went to third sets with each team winning two of the marathon matches. The Dolphins claimed four of the six singles courts and both doubles matches to clinch the win.
HHP (3-0) hosts John Paul II on Tuesday. Bluffton (1-1) is also back in action Tuesday, hosting Beaufort High.
