Ridgeland-Hardeeville’s boys opened the Orangeburg Sweet 16 Tournament with a 65-44 win over Bethune-Bowman on Thursday.
Mauriq Singleton had 15 points and five rebounds, and Brandon Howard added 14 points, five assists, four rebounds, and three steals to lead the Jaguars.
Rashard Baker contributed 12 points, three assists, and three steals, and Shaleaf Curry had 10 points for RHHS, while Dennis Holmes added six points, five assists, five steals, and four boards.
