HSBBB: Dolphins rally for exciting win over Matadors

Hilton Head Prep’s boys hit their free throws down the stretch to close out a 69-60 road win over Memorial Day on Tuesday in Savannah.

The game was tight throughout, with the teams alternating one-point leads at the end of each quarter before the Dolphins pulled away by connecting at the free throw line.

Tyrone Calloway led the Dolphins with 27 points, and was 9-of-13 from the foul line, and Stone McDonald added 23 points.

HHP trailed by as much as five points in the second half before sophomore Ryan Mikell came off the bench to score eight crucial points to propel the Dolphins’ comeback.
