Hilton Head Prep’s volleyball team picked up its first win of the season Tuesday, beating visiting Veritas Academy 3-1 (25-20, 25-22, 18-25, 25-19).
Ashley Wilmot collected 14 kills to lead the Dolphins’ attack, while Isabelle Perry added five kills. Sarah Griz had three blocks, Annie Braun contributed five aces, and Kaitlyn Adkins led the defense with 13 digs, while Braun and Wilmot added 11 apiece.
Haylee Hopman dished out 15 assists, and Ella Clark added nine for the Dolphins.
HHP (1-2) hosts St. Andrew’s on Thursday.
