A large target (6-5, 245), Simmons only caught two passes as a junior in the Sharks’ run-heavy offense, but his size and athleticism make him an interesting project.
2024 DL Adrian Gaston
Nicknamed “Santa Claus,” Gaston has become a force in the trenches at 5-11, 240 with impressive strength, and should get some attention if he continues to make more stops in the backfield.
2024 OL Will Mauro
Listed at 6-0, 250 for football, Mauro trimmed down to 220 pounds to win a region wrestling title before bulking back up for lacrosse and football season. The cross-training makes for strong footwork and hand-eye and he has a nice solid frame to build on.
