TOP PROSPECTS

2024 OL Adrian Lamb
Lamb will be the veteran anchor on the line, and the Eagles are likely to run behind him often. He already has an offer in-hand from South Carolina State going into the season and should pop up on more college coaches’ radars as a senior.

2024 LB Quion Rivers
Rivers flew under the radar a bit on last year’s defense, which was loaded with talent, but he put up numbers comparable to those of star Colton Phares (Appalachian State). Rivers recorded only two fewer tackles (67) and had more tackles for loss (8) and sacks (2) and added six QB pressures, and he is poised to wreak havoc in the backfield as a senior.

2025 QB Samari Bonds
Bonds didn’t have to attempt a pass in the Eagles’ state championship win, but he showed as a sophomore that he has the tools to do damage with his arm or his legs, compiling 967 passing yards with 8 TDs and 6 INTs while adding 614 yards and 8 TDs on the ground. He won’t be able to lean on his running backs as much this year, so look for those numbers to inflate along with his stock.
