The Seahawks turned an 11-point halftime advantage into a 77-51 rout of host Bluffton with a second-half highlight show Tuesday, keeping HHIHS undefeated atop the Region 7-4A standings.

Will McCracken piled up 24 points, 11 rebounds, six steals, and two blocks, and Sam Summa had a monster game in the paint with seven points, six rebounds, and seven blocks to lead the Seahawks to their fifth straight win to start region play.
Adam Clark added 12 points on 3-of-5 from 3-point range, Jaylen Sneed had eight points, and Trevon Frazier contributed seven points and four boards for HHIHS.
Alex Smith spread the love all around with seven assists, but it was McCracken who took over in the second half. After waking up the crowd with an emphatic first-half dunk, the senior UNC Wilmington recruit poured in 11 points in the third quarter, nearly outscoring the Bobcats by himself in the period.
Jaylin Linder poured in 19 points to try to keep the Bobcats in it, but they couldn’t keep up with the Seahawks in transition or keep Hilton Head off the foul line, where the Seahawks were 16-of-24.
Tre Brown added nine points for the Bobcats, while Eric Eastham had seven, and DJ Aiken added six.
The Seahawks (7-2, 5-0) travel to Lucy Beckham on Friday.
The Bobcats (2-5, 1-5) travel to May River on Friday.
