The Hilton Head Christian Academy volleyball team completed its dominant run through SCISA Region 4 with a 3-0 (25-15, 25-9, 25-6) win over Hilton Head Prep on Tuesday.
The Eagles won all 12 region matches without dropping a set.
Sydney DeSimone, who earlier in the day was named the region Player of the Year, recorded 17 kills and 11 digs for HHCA, while Lauryn Qualls added six kills and seven aces, Olivia Reichenbach had five kills, and Brielle McCarthy collected 23 assists.
Both teams will open the SCISA Class 2A state tournament on Friday at the Myrtle Beach Sports Center.
